Return Policy

In the event that there is an issue with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging.
  • Final Sale: Sale items may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of damage or mistake in shipping.  
  • Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Capstone Collections within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable.

How do I return merchandise to Capstone Collections?

Please contact us at customerservice@capstone-collections.com indicating the reason for the return and if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. Exchanges may not be possible in all cases.

When you ship, be sure to include your order and contact information. 

We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.
